The oval. Everyone at Ohio State knows this great place to sit, relax, study and just toss a frisbee around. This large, open space is located in the middle of campus and provides some much needed greenery to the surrounding area of essentially all man made creations. The main purpose for the oval is to sit around and enjoy the outdoors. Whether it be in the chill of fall, the snow of winter or the freshness of spring, the oval is great in any weather. Other than to sit in wonder of nature, it is also a great place to meet friends and just relax. It is a great meeting place in the middle of campus fro those who are coming from opposite site of our enormous campus. If anyone has not enjoyed the oval yet, I highly suggest visiting as often as possible.
